अस्मिन् संक्षिप्ते त्रिष्टुभि सूक्ते वसिष्ठः सवितारं देवं प्रेरकं समाह्वयति, यः अन्तरिक्षे अश्वैः सञ्चरन् मनुष्यजीवनाय दानानि सम्यग्दिशं च वहति। सविता उपासकान् योग्ये वासस्थाने ‘निवेशयतु’, तेषां कर्माणि प्रवर्तयतु, तेजस्विनीं धियं विवर्धयतु, तथा धारणीयं पोषणं विस्तीर्णां च ऊर्जां ददातु इति प्रार्थ्यते। अन्ते स्तुतिवाक्यरूपेण हविः समर्प्यते, चिरस्थायि कल्याणं रक्षां च याचमानम्।
