आ त्वा सुतास इन्दवो मदा य इन्द्र गिर्वणः । आपो न वज्रिन्नन्वोक्यं सरः पृणन्ति शूर राधसे ॥

Transliteration

ā́ tvā sutā́sa índavo madā́ yá índra girvaṇaḥ | ā́po ná vajrinn ánvokyaṃ sáraḥ pṛṇánti śūra rā́dhase ||

Translation

汝の陶酔のために、搾り出されたソーマ（Soma）の滴、恍惚が汝に来たる――おおインドラ、讃歌の主よ。水が流れに従って湖を満たすように、それらは汝を満たす――雷槌を執る者よ、英雄よ、汝の施与の業のために。
