शतानीकेव प्र जिगाति धृष्णुया हन्ति वृत्राणि दाशुषे । गिरेरिव प्र रसा अस्य पिन्विरे दत्राणि पुरुभोजसः ॥
Transliteration
śatā́nīkeva prá jigāti dhṛṣṇu-yā́ hánti vṛtrā́ṇi dāśúṣe | girériva prá rasā́ asya pinvire dátrāṇi puru-bhójasāḥ ||
Translation
百の旗を掲げる軍勢のように、彼は勇ましく進みゆく。激しい勢いで、施与する者のためにヴリトラ（Vṛtra）どもを打ち倒す。山から流れ出る汁のように、彼の贈り物は湧き満ちる――豊かな享受と力を具える者よ。
