Triṣṭubh
एषः संक्षिप्तः त्रिष्टुभ्-स्तोत्रः अग्निं वैश्वानरं—विश्वस्य वह्निं—स्तौति, यः सर्वेषु लोकेषु राजश्रियं इव अधिरूढः सूर्येण सह कर्म करोति। स द्यावापृथिव्योः प्रतिष्ठितः, ओषधीषु प्रविशन् भेषजशक्तिं जनयति; अहोरात्रयोः रक्षणं, सत्यं, चिरस्थायिनीं समृद्धिं च प्रार्थयते। अन्त्ये मन्त्रे मित्रावरुणौ, अदितिः, सिन्धुः, पृथिवी, द्यौश्च इत्यादयः सहायकाः विश्वदेवाः आहूयन्ते, येन उपासकस्य धनं पूर्णता च ‘संसक्ते’ भवेताम्।

वैश्वानरस्य सुमतौ स्याम राजा हि कं भुवनानामभिश्रीः । इतो जातो विश्वमिदं वि चष्टे वैश्वानरो यतते सूर्येण ॥
वैश्वानरस्य सुमतौ वयं स्याम; स हि भुवनानामधिराजश्रीः। इतो जातः स इदं विश्वं विचष्टे; वैश्वानरो सूर्येण सह यतते लोकानां सत्यं प्रकाशयितुम्।

पृष्टो दिवि पृष्टो अग्निः पृथिव्यां पृष्टो विश्वा ओषधीरा विवेश । वैश्वानरः सहसा पृष्टो अग्निः स नो दिवा स रिषः पातु नक्तम् ॥
दिवि पृष्टोऽग्निः पृथिव्यां पृष्टः सर्वा ओषधीर्विवेश। स वैश्वानरः सहसा पृष्टोऽग्निर्नो दिवा सर्वस्माद्रिषः पातु, नक्तमपि पातु।

वैश्वानर तव तत्सत्यमस्त्वस्मान्रायो मघवानः सचन्ताम् । तन्नो मित्रो वरुणो मामहन्तामदितिः सिन्धुः पृथिवी उत द्यौः ॥
वैश्वानर तव तत्सत्यं भवतु—मघवानो राया उदाराः अस्मान् सचन्ताम्। तन्नो मित्रो वरुणो मामहन्ताम्; अदितिः सिन्धुः पृथिवी उत द्यौः।
