Sukta 6.13
यस्ते सूनो सहसो गीर्भिरुक्थैर्यज्ञैर्मर्तो निशितिं वेद्यानट् । विश्वं स देव प्रति वारमग्ने धत्ते धान्यं पत्यते वसव्यैः ॥
yás te sūno sahaso gīrbhír ukthaír yajñáir márto níśitiṃ vedyā́ ā́naṭ | víśvaṃ sá deva práti vā́ram agne dhatté dhā́nyaṃ pát yate vasavyáiḥ ||
ഹേ സഹസോ സൂനോ (ബലത്തിന്റെ പുത്രാ), ഗീർഭിഃ (സ്തുതികളാൽ), ഉക്ഥൈഃ (ഗാന-സ്തോത്രങ്ങളാൽ), യജ്ഞൈഃ (യാഗങ്ങളാൽ) വേദിയിൽ നിന്റെ നിശിതി (തീക്ഷ്ണ ധാര/ശക്തി)യെ എത്തിച്ചേരുന്ന മർത്ത്യൻ—അവൻ, ഹേ ദേവ അഗ്നേ, എല്ലാ ഇഷ്ടദ്വാരങ്ങളും (അവസരങ്ങളും) നേടുന്നു. അവൻ ധാന്യം (പൂർണ്ണതയുടെ അന്നം) ധരിക്കുകയും, വസവ്യൈഃ (വസുരൂപ ധനങ്ങൾ)യുടെ അധിപതിയാവുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു—സജ്ജനരുടെ വാസസ്ഥലമെന്നപോലെ സമൃദ്ധനാകുന്നു.
