Transliteration
drvá́nnaḥ sarpír-āsutíḥ pratnó hótā váreṇyaḥ | sáhasas-putró ádbhutaḥ ||
Translation
ഞങ്ങളുടെ ആഹുതിയോടൊപ്പം ഓടിവന്ന്, ഘൃത-സാരത്തിൽ പിഷിതനായ; പ്രാചീനനും വരേണ്യനുമായ ഹോതൃ—അഗ്നി—സഹസ് (ബലം) എന്നതിന്റെയദ്ഭുത പുത്രൻ, നമ്മുടെ ഉള്ളിൽ ആവാഹന-കർമ്മം ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നു.
