Transliteration
tváṃ no asi bhāratā́gne vaśā́bhir ukṣábhíḥ | aṣṭā́padībhir ā́hutaḥ ||
Translation
ഹേ ഭാരതരുടെ അഗ്നേ, നീ ഞങ്ങളുടേതാകുന്നു; വശാ എന്ന സമർപ്പക ശക്തികളാലും ഉക്ഷഭി എന്ന ബലവത്തായ ഊർജങ്ങളാലും നീ ആഹുതനാകുന്നു—ആഹുതിയെ മുന്നോട്ട് വഹിക്കുന്ന അഷ്ടാപദി, ബഹുപദീയ ഛന്ദസ്സുകളാൽ.
