इरावतीर्वरुण धेनवो वां मधुमद्वां सिन्धवो मित्र दुह्रे । त्रयस्तस्थुर्वृषभासस्तिसृणां धिषणानां रेतोधा वि द्युमन्तः ॥
irā́vatīr varuṇa dhenávo vāṃ mádhumad vāṃ síndhavo mitra duhre | tráyas tasthur vṛṣabhā́s tisṛ́ṇāṃ dhiṣáṇānāṃ reto-dhā́ ví dyu-mántaḥ ||
โอ วรุณะ โคผู้หล่อเลี้ยงแห่งฤทธานุภาพของท่านทั้งสองอุดมล้น ไพศาลด้วยความบริบูรณ์ และหลั่งความหวาน; โอ มิตร สายน้ำทั้งหลายอันมีน้ำผึ้งแห่งภาวะของท่านทั้งสองไหลบ่าออกมา. กระทิงผู้ทรงพลังสามตัวยืนมั่น เป็นผู้ทรงเมล็ดพันธุ์แห่งธิษณะ (dhīṣaṇā) ทั้งสาม ส่องประกายเผยพลังอันรุ่งเรือง.
