Sukta 9.83
अरूरुचदुषसः पृश्निरग्रिय उक्षा बिभर्ति भुवनानि वाजयुः । मायाविनो ममिरे अस्य मायया नृचक्षसः पितरो गर्भमा दधुः ॥
arū́rucad uṣásaḥ pṛ́śnir agriyá ukṣā́ bibharti bhúvanāni vāja-yúḥ | māyāvíno mamire asya māyáyā nṛ-cákṣasaḥ pitáro gárbham ā́ dadhúḥ ||
ഉഷസ്സിൽ ചിതറപ്പുള്ളിയുള്ളവൻ (പൃശ്നി) പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നു—മുൻനിരയിൽ ആദ്യം. വാജം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന വൃഷഭൻ (ഉക്ഷാ) ഭുവനങ്ങളെ ധരിക്കുന്നു. അവന്റെ മായാ-ശക്തിയാൽ ദർശനാധിപതികൾ അവനെ അളക്കുന്നു; മനുഷ്യദൃഷ്ടിയുള്ള പിതൃകൾ ഗർഭത്തെ അകത്ത് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നു—നമ്മിൽ ജനിക്കാനുള്ള ആനന്ദത്തെ സ്ഥാപിച്ച്.
