Transliteration
tváṃ no asi bhāratā́gne vaśā́bhir ukṣábhíḥ | aṣṭā́padībhir ā́hutaḥ ||
Translation
హే భారతాగ్నీ, నీవు మా వాడవు. వశా-శక్తులు, ఉక్ష-బలాలు ఆహుతిగా సమర్పించబడినప్పుడు నీవు ప్రజ్వలిస్తావు—అష్టాపదీ ఛందస్సు యొక్క బహుపద గతి ఆహుతిని ముందుకు నడిపిస్తుంది.
