त्वं हि मानुषे जनेऽग्ने सुप्रीत इध्यसे । स्रुचस्त्वा यन्त्यानुषक्सुजात सर्पिरासुते ॥
Transliteration
tvaṁ hí mā́nuṣe jáne’gne suprī́ta idhyáse | srúcaḥ tvā yanty ānuṣák sujāta sárpir āsuté ||
Translation
まことに汝は人の世において燃え立つ、アグニよ、喜びて受け入れつつ。祭杓は次々に汝のもとへ至る、よく生まれし者よ、注がれる澄明の酥油（sarpis）を携えて――意志の火を養うものとして。
