Soma Pavamāna
Este breve himno a Pavamāna alaba a Soma como la corriente exultante y purificada que, al precipitarse por los filtros, «sobrepasa y vence» todo obstáculo. Su fluir veloz y victorioso se vincula con la abundancia — «millares» de ganancias que llegan de las dos corrientes luminosas — y culmina en la sensación de un incremento expansivo y de un afianzamiento por el poder en movimiento de Soma.

Mantra 1
तरत्स मन्दी धावति धारा सुतस्यान्धसः । तरत्स मन्दी धावति ॥
Traspasando y venciendo, corre la corriente embriagadora: este caudal del néctar exprimido; traspasando y venciendo, corre.
Mantra 2
उस्रा वेद वसूनां मर्तस्य देव्यवसः । तरत्स मन्दी धावति ॥
El Radiante conoce las riquezas para el mortal que busca el auxilio divino; traspasando y venciendo, corre la corriente embriagadora.
Mantra 3
ध्वस्रयोः पुरुषन्त्योरा सहस्राणि दद्महे । तरत्स मन्दी धावति ॥
De las dos corrientes luminosas, siempre abundantes, recibimos miles (de riquezas interiores); él, el Soma que regocija, traspasa más allá y sigue corriendo en su raudo fluir.

आ ययोस्त्रिंशतं तना सहस्राणि च दद्महे । तरत्स मन्दी धावति ॥
Hacia esas dos (corrientes/potencias) tomamos y establecemos: treinta en su extensión, y miles además; él, el Soma que regocija, traspasa más allá y sigue corriendo.
