वीळुपत्मभिराशुहेमभिर्वा देवानां वा जूतिभिः शाशदाना । तद्रासभो नासत्या सहस्रमाजा यमस्य प्रधने जिगाय ॥
vīḷupátmabhir āśuhémabhir vā devā́nāṃ vā jūtíbhiḥ śā́śadānā | tád rāsábho nāsatyā sahásram ā́jā yámasya pradháne jigāya ||
مضبوط اڑان والے قدموں سے یا تیز سنہری جذبات سے، یا دیوتاؤں کی اپنی رفتار کی دوڑ سے، ہمیشہ آگے بڑھتے ہوئے - اس طرح اے ناستیوں، گدھے نے یما کے مقابلے میں ہزار جیتا۔ اسی طرح تمہاری طاقتیں ہم میں بھی حدود اور موت کی عادت کی دنیا سے قوت کی فراوانی جیت لیں۔
