Sukta 6.39
अयमुशानः पर्यद्रिमुस्रा ऋतधीतिभिॠतयुग्युजानः । रुजदरुग्णं वि वलस्य सानुं पणीँर्वचोभिरभि योधदिन्द्रः ॥
ayám uśānáḥ páry ádrim usrā́ ṛtádhītibhī ṛtáyug yujānáḥ | rujád arúgṇaṃ ví válasya sā́nuṃ paṇī́n váco-bhir abhí yódhad índraḥ ||
อินทระองค์นี้ ผู้ปรารถนา ได้เทียมเข้ากับฤตะ (ṛta) ด้วยญาณทัศนะอันสอดคล้องกับฤตะ เวียนรอบศิลาแล้วให้รัศมีอันส่องประกายดุจโคเพศเมียปรากฏออกมา พระองค์ทำลายสันคันที่ไม่อาจแตกของคอกวาละ (Vala) และด้วยอานุภาพแห่งวาจา (vāc) ได้ต่อสู้กับพวกปาณิ (Paṇi) ผู้ลักชิง
