Sukta 6.39
अयमुशानः पर्यद्रिमुस्रा ऋतधीतिभिॠतयुग्युजानः । रुजदरुग्णं वि वलस्य सानुं पणीँर्वचोभिरभि योधदिन्द्रः ॥
ayám uśānáḥ páry ádrim usrā́ ṛtádhītibhī ṛtáyug yujānáḥ | rujád arúgṇaṃ ví válasya sā́nuṃ paṇī́n váco-bhir abhí yódhad índraḥ ||
இந்த இந்திரன், விரும்பி, ṛta-தீதி (உண்மை-தரிசனங்கள்) மூலம் ṛta-யில் யோகமடைந்து, அத்ரி (பாறை)-யைச் சுற்றிச் சென்று உஸ்ரா—ஒளிரும் கதிர்களை—வெளிக்கொணர்ந்தான். வலனுடைய அடைப்பின் உடையாத பாறைமுனையை உடைத்தான்; வாக்கின் சக்தியால் பணி (Paṇi) களுக்கு எதிராகப் போரிட்டான்.
