Sukta 6.39
अयमुशानः पर्यद्रिमुस्रा ऋतधीतिभिॠतयुग्युजानः । रुजदरुग्णं वि वलस्य सानुं पणीँर्वचोभिरभि योधदिन्द्रः ॥
ayám uśānáḥ páry ádrim usrā́ ṛtádhītibhī ṛtáyug yujānáḥ | rujád arúgṇaṃ ví válasya sā́nuṃ paṇī́n váco-bhir abhí yódhad índraḥ ||
یہ indr، خواہش کرتے ہوئے، سچائی سے جڑا، سچائی کے نظاروں کے ساتھ پتھر کے گرد گھما اور چمکتی کرنیں نکالیں۔ اس نے vala کے احاطے کی نا ٹوٹی ہوئی چوٹی توڑی؛ کلام کی طاقت سے اس نے پنیوں سے لڑائی کی۔
