नू ते पूर्वस्यावसो अधीतौ तृतीये विदथे मन्म शंसि । अस्मे अग्ने संयद्वीरं बृहन्तं क्षुमन्तं वाजं स्वपत्यं रयिं दाः ॥
nū́ te pū́rvasyā́vaso ádhītau tṛtī́ye vidáthe mánma śaṃsi | asmé agne saṃyád-vī́raṃ bṛhántam kṣú-mantaṃ vā́jaṃ svapátyaṃ rayíṃ dāḥ ||
บัดนี้ ในกระแสแห่งความอุปถัมภ์ดั้งเดิมของท่านที่เคลื่อนไปข้างหน้า ณ สมัชชาพิธีกรรมครั้งที่สาม (vidatha) ข้าพเจ้าประกาศความคิดอันดลใจนี้. โอ อัคนี โปรดประทานแก่เรา—หมู่วีรชนที่รวมพร้อม ความยิ่งใหญ่ ความอุดมสว่างไสว; โปรดประทาน vāja พลังแห่งความเต็มเปี่ยมผู้มีชัย พร้อมด้วยความเป็นเจ้าที่ดี และ rayi—ทรัพย์ภายใน.
