स्तोता यत्ते विचर्षणिरतिप्रशर्धयद्गिरः । वया इवानु रोहते जुषन्त यत् ॥
Transliteration
stotā́ yát te vícarṣaṇir atipraśardháyad gíraḥ | vayā́ ivā́nu rohate júṣanta yát ||
Translation
ഹേ വിചർഷണി (മനുഷ്യരെയും അവരുടെ പ്രവർത്തികളെയും കാണുന്ന) ഇന്ദ്രാ, സ്തോതാവ് നിനക്കായി ഗിരഃ അതിപ്രശർധയത്—പ്രതിരോധം കടന്ന് ഉന്മേഷത്തോടെ പൊങ്ങുന്നവണ്ണം ആക്കുമ്പോൾ—നീ അവയെ ജുഷന്ത്, സ്വീകരിച്ച് ആസ്വദിക്കുമ്പോൾ, അവ പക്ഷികളെപ്പോലെ നിന്റെ പിന്നാലെ ഉയർന്ന് പറക്കും.
