Transliteration
apā́ṃ mádhye tasthivā́ṃsaṃ tṛ́ṣṇā avidaj jaritā́ram | mṛḷā́ su-kṣatra mṛḷáya ||
Translation
ജലങ്ങളുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ നിലകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന ജരിതാരനെ ദാഹം കണ്ടെത്തി. ഹേ സുക്ഷത്ര (സുശാസനമുള്ളവനേ), കൃപ കാണിക്ക; കൃപ കാണിക്ക.
