मा नो अरातिरीशत देवस्य मर्त्यस्य च । पर्षि तस्या उत द्विषः ॥
Transliteration
mā́ no arā́tir īśata devásya mártyasya ca | párṣi tásyā uta dvíṣaḥ ||
Translation
ദേവനിൽ നിന്നായാലും മർത്ത്യനിൽ നിന്നായാലും—അരാതി (വൈരം/അഭാവജന്യ അധിനിവേശം) ഞങ്ങളെ അധീനപ്പെടുത്തരുത്. നീ ഞങ്ങളെ അതിൽ നിന്ന് കടത്തിവിടുക; ദ്വിഷഃ—ദ്വേഷിക്കുന്നവരിൽ നിന്നുമെല്ലാം—കൂടി കടത്തിവിടുക.
