Sukta 2.30
प्र हि क्रतुं वृहथो यं वनुथो रध्रस्य स्थो यजमानस्य चोदौ । इन्द्रासोमा युवमस्माँ अविष्टमस्मिन्भयस्थे कृणुतमु लोकम् ॥
prá hí krátum vṛ́hatho yáṃ vanútho radhrásya sthó yajámānasya codáu | índrā-sómā yuvám asmā́n aviṣṭam asmín bhayá-sthe kṛṇutam lokám ||
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ–സോമാ! നിങ്ങൾ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന സംकल्पം (ക്രതു)യും വിവേകബുദ്ധിയും നിങ്ങൾ വിപുലമാക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങൾ യജമാനനെ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നവരും വക്ര–കുടിലനെ തകർക്കുന്നവരുമാണ്. ഇന്ദ്രാ–സോമാ, ഞങ്ങളെ രക്ഷിക്കൂ; ഈ ഭയസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് വിശാലത—സുരക്ഷിത ലോകം—ഉണ്ടാക്കൂ.
