Sukta 2.30
प्र हि क्रतुं वृहथो यं वनुथो रध्रस्य स्थो यजमानस्य चोदौ । इन्द्रासोमा युवमस्माँ अविष्टमस्मिन्भयस्थे कृणुतमु लोकम् ॥
prá hí krátum vṛ́hatho yáṃ vanútho radhrásya sthó yajámānasya codáu | índrā-sómā yuvám asmā́n aviṣṭam asmín bhayá-sthe kṛṇutam lokám ||
कारण तुम्ही निवडता त्या क्रतु (संकल्पशक्ती) ला, त्या विवेकालाही वाढविता; तुम्ही यजमानाचे प्रेरक आणि कुटिलाचे भंजक आहात. हे इंद्र-सोम, आम्हांस रक्षण करा; या भयस्थानी आमच्यासाठी विस्तार—एक सुरक्षित लोक—निर्माण करा.
