Transliteration

sahā́vā pṛtsú taraṇír nā́rvā vyānaśī́ rodasī́ mehanā́vān | bhágo ná kāré havyo matīnā́m pitā́iva cā́ruḥ suhávo vayaḥdhā́ḥ ||

Translation

Forte no choque, nas lutas é o que faz atravessar como um corcel veloz; ele alarga os dois mundos e, poderoso derramador, verte as águas fecundas. Como Bhaga no ato de dar, é invocável por nossos pensamentos inspirados; como um pai, é belo, fácil de chamar, doador de vigor vital.
