Transliteration

sahā́vā pṛtsú taraṇír nā́rvā vyānaśī́ rodasī́ mehanā́vān | bhágo ná kāré havyo matīnā́m pitā́iva cā́ruḥ suhávo vayaḥdhā́ḥ ||

Translation

అతడు పోరాటాలలో సహావా (సహాయక-వీరుడు), తరణి (పారచేసేవాడు)—వేగవంతమైన అశ్వంలా; రెండు రోదసీ (రెండు లోకాలు/రెండు జగత్తులు) ను విస్తరింపజేసి, మేహనావాన్—ఫలదాయక జలాల మహా-ప్రవాహకుడు. దానక్రియలో భగునివలె; మా మతి (ప్రేరిత వాక్కు) ద్వారా అతడు హవ్య (ఆహ్వేయుడు); తండ్రివలె అతడు చారు (సుందరుడు), సుహవ (సులభంగా పిలువదగినవాడు), వయోధా (బలవర్ధకుడు).
