सं वत्स इव मातृभिरिन्दुर्हिन्वानो अज्यते । देवावीर्मदो मतिभिः परिष्कृतः ॥
Transliteration
saṃ vatsa iva mātṛbhir índur hinvā́no ajyate | devāvī́r mádo matíbhiḥ páriṣkṛtaḥ ||
Translation
インドゥ（Indu、ソーマの力）は促されて、塗油され、全きものとなる——母たち（養う力）に寄る子牛のように。神々の英雄性をもたらすこの恍惚は、澄みわたる思惟（matī）によって磨かれ、完成される。
