ईशानाय प्रहुतिं यस्त आनट् छुचिं सोमं शुचिपास्तुभ्यं वायो । कृणोषि तं मर्त्येषु प्रशस्तं जातोजातो जायते वाज्यस्य ॥
Transliteration
īśānā́ya prá-hutiṃ yás ta ā́naṭ śúciṃ sómaṃ śuci-pā́s túbhyaṃ vāyo | kṛṇóṣi táṃ mártyeṣu praśastáṃ jā́to-jā́to jā́yate vā́jyasya ||
Translation
主権のために先行の供物をあなたにもたらす者――ヴァーユ（Vāyu）よ、清浄なる飲み手よ、あなたのために清浄なるソーマ（Soma）を捧げる者。その供物をあなたは人々の間で讃えられるものとなさる。彼のうちに力の充溢（vā́jya）は生まれてはまた生まれる。
