अरं दासो न मीळ्हुषे कराण्यहं देवाय भूर्णयेऽनागाः । अचेतयदचितो देवो अर्यो गृत्सं राये कवितरो जुनाति ॥
Transliteration
áraṃ dā́so ná mīḷhúṣe karāṇy aháṃ devā́ya bhū́rṇaye 'nā́gāḥ | ácetayad acíto devó aryó gṛ́tsaṃ rā́ye kavítaro junāti ||
Translation
われを適わしめよ、寛き施与者に仕える僕のごとく。われは—罪なき者（anāgāḥ）として—万有を回転し動かす神的力（bhūrṇi）のために働かん。高貴なる神（arya）は無知なる者を目覚まし、より見通す詩人（kavi-tara）は、熱望する者を充溢の富（rāya）へと駆り立てる。
