Transliteration
eṣá syá kārúḥ jarate sūktáir ágre budhāná uṣásāṃ sumánmā | iṣā́ táṃ vardhad aghnyā́ páyobhir yūyáṃ pāta svastíbhiḥ sádā naḥ ||
Translation
この歌い手はまことの讃歌によって確かに育つ――先に目覚め、曙光たち（Uṣas）へ善き心を向けつつ。殺されぬ牝牛（Aghnyā）が、その満ちる乳によって彼を増し育てよ。さらにあなたがた、アシュヴィンよ、常に安寧（svasti）の調べによって我らを守れ。
