Transliteration
vṛ́kāya cid jásamānāya śaktam utá śrutáṃ śayáve hūyámānā | yā́v aghnyā́m ápinvatam apó ná staryáṃ cic chakty àśvinā śacī́bhiḥ ||
Translation
狼（引き裂く力）に対してさえ、食い尽くされつつある者にあなたがたは力となり、また呼び求められるとき、シャヤヴァ（Śayava）の叫びを聞き届けた。あなたがたは殺されぬ牝牛（Aghnyā）を乳で満ちあふれさせ――放たれた水のように――その効力ある力（śacī）によって、アシュヴィンよ、不可能と思われることさえ可能とした。
