सं यद्धनन्त मन्युभिर्जनासः शूरा यह्वीष्वोषधीषु विक्षु । अध स्मा नो मरुतो रुद्रियासस्त्रातारो भूत पृतनास्वर्यः ॥
Transliteration
sáṃ yád dhánanta manyúbhir jánāsaḥ śūrā́ yahvī́ṣv óṣadhīṣu vikṣú | ádha smā no maruto rudriyāsas trā́tāro bhūta pṛ́tanāsv aryáḥ ||
Translation
人々が憤りに駆られて打ち合い、勇士らが激流のただ中、薬草の間、諸族の中に立ち上がるその時――おおマルットよ、ルドラの裔よ、戦いにおいて我らの護り手となれ。気高き者たちよ、我らに勝利の力を与えよ。
