इदा हि वो विधते रत्नमस्तीदा वीराय दाशुष उषासः । इदा विप्राय जरते यदुक्था नि ष्म मावते वहथा पुरा चित् ॥

idā́ hí vo vidhaté rátnam ástīdā́ vīrā́ya dāśúṣa uṣāsaḥ | idā́ víprāya járate yád ukthā́ ní ṣmá mā́vate vahathā purā́ cit ||

まさに今、汝らは祭儀をなす者のために宝を有し、今また、曙よ、英雄なる施与者のためにそれを有す。今また、霊感ある歌い手が老いゆくとき、讃歌を携えるならば――汝らは、努め励む者へ、すでに昔より贈り物を運び来たりし。
