Sukta 5.85
अर्यम्यं वरुण मित्र्यं वा सखायं वा सदमिद्भ्रातरं वा । वेशं वा नित्यं वरुणारणं वा यत्सीमागश्चकृमा शिश्रथस्तत् ॥
aryamyáṃ varuṇa mitryáṃ vā sakhā́yaṃ vā sadám id bhrā́taraṃ vā | véśaṃ vā nítyaṃ varuṇā́raṇaṃ vā yát sīm ā́gaś cakṛmā́ śiśráthas tát ||
それがアリヤマン（Aryaman）の和合に背くことであれ、ミトラ（Mitra）の正しい結びつきに背くことであれ、友に対してであれ、常なる兄弟に対してであれ、わが家の者に対してであれ、いつも傍らの伴に対してであれ――われらが犯した過ちのすべて、その結び目をほどいてください、ヴァルナ（Varuṇa）よ。内なる縛りを解き、秩序（ṛta）へと帰らせてください。
