युवं मित्रेमं जनं यतथः सं च नयथः । मा मघोनः परि ख्यतं मो अस्माकमृषीणां गोपीथे न उरुष्यतम् ॥
Transliteration
yuváṃ mitrā́ imaṃ jánam yátathaḥ sáṃ ca nayathaḥ | mā maghónaḥ pári khyatam mó asmā́kam ṛ́ṣīṇāṃ gopīthé na uruṣyatam ||
Translation
ミトラとヴァルナよ、汝ら二柱はこの民を導き、ひとつに結ばれた歩みへと連れゆけ。豊穣を与える者たちから離れて立つな。護りの牛囲い（ゴーピータ）において、われら――われらの聖仙（ṛṣi）――を守り、われらを広く安らかにせよ。
