न्यस्मै देवी स्वधितिर्जिहीत इन्द्राय गातुरुशतीव येमे । सं यदोजो युवते विश्वमाभिरनु स्वधाव्ने क्षितयो नमन्त ॥
Transliteration
ny asmai devī́ svádhitiḥ jihīta índrāya gātúr uśatī́va yeme | sáṃ yád ójo yuváte víśvam ā́bhir ánu svadhā́vne kṣitáyo namanta ||
Translation
彼のために、女神なる自ら導く斧（svadhiti）は身をかがめ、渇望するかのようにインドラに道を開く。彼の力があらゆる神力と結び合うとき、住まいと諸民は、自制の主（svadhāvan）に従って頭を垂れる。
