कनिक्रदज्जनुषं प्रब्रुवाण इयर्ति वाचमरितेव नावम् । सुमङ्गलश्च शकुने भवासि मा त्वा का चिदभिभा विश्व्या विदत् ॥
Transliteration
kaníkradaj januṣáṁ pra-bruvāṇá iyárti vā́cam aritā́ iva nā́vam | su-maṅgálaś ca śakune bhávāsi mā́ tvā kā́ cid abhi-bhā́ víśvyā vidat ||
Translation
生まれながらに鳴き、告げ知らせる者よ、汝は舟人が舟を進めるように、その声を駆り立てる。吉兆となれ、鳥よ。いかなる遍き敵対の力も汝を圧し伏せぬように。
