प्र सीमादित्यो असृजद्विधर्ताँ ऋतं सिन्धवो वरुणस्य यन्ति । न श्राम्यन्ति न वि मुचन्त्येते वयो न पप्तू रघुया परिज्मन् ॥

Transliteration

prá sīm ādityó asṛjad vi-dhártāṃ ṛtáṃ síndhavo váruṇasya yanti | ná śrāmyanti ná ví mucanty eté váyo ná paptū raghu-yā́ pári-jman ||

Translation

アーディティヤ（Āditya）――秩序を配する者――はそれらを放ち出した。諸河はṛta（宇宙の真理・正しい秩序）のうちを流れ、ヴァルナ（Varuṇa）の道に従って進む。彼らは疲れず、その行路をゆるめない。鳥のように速く飛び、めぐりゆく旅を周回する――動きの内にある法に従いつつ。
