Sukta 1.116
तिस्रः क्षपस्त्रिरहातिव्रजद्भिर्नासत्या भुज्युमूहथुः पतंगैः । समुद्रस्य धन्वन्नार्द्रस्य पारे त्रिभी रथैः शतपद्भिः षळश्वैः ॥
tísraḥ kṣápaḥ trír áhā ativrájadbhir nā́satyā bhujyúm ūhathuḥ pataṅgáiḥ | samudrásya dhánvann ārdrásya pā́re tribhír ráthaiḥ śatápatadbhiḥ ṣáḷaśvaiḥ ||
三つの夜、三つの日、速やかに進みつつ、ナーサティヤ(Nāsatyas)よ、汝らは翼ある運び手によってブフユ(Bhujyu)を運んだ。海の荒れ野を越え、湿潤なる界の彼岸へ——三つの車、百足のごとく進み、六頭の馬に牽かれて、長き渡りを成し遂げた。願わくは我らの意識をも、延々たる闇を越えて運びたまえ。
