आश्रुत्कर्ण श्रुधी हवं नू चिद्दधिष्व मे गिरः । इन्द्र स्तोममिमं मम कृष्वा युजश्चिदन्तरम् ॥
Transliteration
āśrútkārṇa śrudhī hávaṃ nū cíd dadhiṣva me gíraḥ | índra stómam imáṃ máma kṛṣvā yújaś cid ántaram ||
Translation
耳の速き者よ、われらの呼び声を聞け。いまこの時も、わが霊感の言葉（giraḥ）を受け取り、汝のうちに保て。インドラよ、このわが讃歌（stoma）を親密なる合一とせよ――轭せられた力（yuj）の最奥の空間にまで入り込め。
