Soma Pavamāna
Is mantra mein Soma ki safai ka jashn hai. Soma ko filter se saaf kiya ja raha hai. Use tez ghode jaisa bataya hai jo chamakti kirnon se saaf hota hai. Kavi log uske liye geet ga rahe hain. Chamakdar Indu se mang kiya gaya hai ki wo acchi dhan laye. Wo apni chamak se sabko prabhavit kare. Rishi ko jeet ki taqat de aur veer bana de.

Mantra 1
यो अत्य इव मृज्यते गोभिर्मदाय हर्यतः । तं गीर्भिर्वासयामसि ॥
Woh Soma jaldi se saaf hota hai, jaise tez ghoda daud ke fit ho jaye. Roshni ke kirn use chamka dete hain. Yeh sunehra rang ka hai. Hum apne gaano se use aur bhi chamak dete hain.
Mantra 2
तं नो विश्वा अवस्युवो गिरः शुम्भन्ति पूर्वथा । इन्दुमिन्द्राय पीतये ॥
Humari saari duaein us Soma ko sajati hain, jaise purane zamane mein hota tha. Yeh chamakta hua boond hai. Indra ke liye hai taaki woh pi sake aur takat paaye.
Mantra 3
पुनानो याति हर्यतः सोमो गीर्भिः परिष्कृतः । विप्रस्य मेध्यातिथेः ॥
Soma khud ko saaf karta hai aur aage badhta hai. Yeh sunehre rang ka hai. Hamare gaano se taiyaar ho ke chalta hai. Rishi is kaam mein madad karte hain jo samajh rakhte hain.
Mantra 4
पवमान विदा रयिमस्मभ्यं सोम सुश्रियम् । इन्दो सहस्रवर्चसम् ॥
Hey Soma, jo khud ko saaf karta hai, humare liye dhan laa. Woh dhan acha ho, chamakta ho. Hey Indu, hazaron roshni wala dhan de.

इन्दुरत्यो न वाजसृत्कनिक्रन्ति पवित्र आ । यदक्षारति देवयुः ॥
Indu daudta hai jaise ghoda daud ke kuch laa de. Woh saaf karne wale mein koodta hai. Jab bhagwan ko dhundhne wala aage badhta hai, tab yeh us paar chala jata hai.

पवस्व वाजसातये विप्रस्य गृणतो वृधे । सोम रास्व सुवीर्यम् ॥
Soma, tu khud ko saaf kar taaki humein shakti mile. Jo rishi yeh ga raha hai, uski buddhi badhe. Humein aisi taakat de jo dil ko strong kare.
