Sukta 2.33
श्रेष्ठो जातस्य रुद्र श्रियासि तवस्तमस्तवसां वज्रबाहो । पर्षि णः पारमंहसः स्वस्ति विश्वा अभीती रपसो युयोधि ॥
śréṣṭho jā́tasya rudra śriyā́si távas-tamas távasāṃ vajrabāho | párṣiṇaḥ pā́ram áṃhasaḥ svastí víśvā abhī́tī rápaso yuyodhi ||
اے ردر، تو تمام پیدا ہونے والوں میں سب سے بہتر ہے، اپنی شان میں، طاقتوروں میں سب سے طاقتور، اے بجربازو والے۔ ہمیں تنگی کے کنارے سے پار لے جا، بھلائی دے، ظالم طاقتوں کے تمام حملے ہٹا۔
