Sukta 2.33
प्र बभ्रवे वृषभाय श्वितीचे महो महीं सुष्टुतिमीरयामि । नमस्या कल्मलीकिनं नमोभिर्गृणीमसि त्वेषं रुद्रस्य नाम ॥
prá babhráve vṛṣabhā́ya śvitīcé máho mahī́m suṣṭutím īrayāmi | namasyā́ kalmalīkínaṃ námobhir gṛṇī́masi tvéṣaṃ rudrásya nā́ma ||
ข้าพเจ้าขับขานบทสรรเสริญอันยิ่งใหญ่และทรงพลัง แด่โคผู้เพศผู้สีแดงน้ำตาล ผู้ส่องประกาย—เป็นคำสดุดีที่งดงามครบถ้วน ด้วยถ้อยคำคำนับ เราก้มกราบต่อผู้ขจัดมลทินภายใน และด้วยความนอบน้อม เราประกาศพระนามอันดุดันของรุทระ (Rudra)
