प्र वो देवायाग्नये बर्हिष्ठमर्चास्मै । गमद्देवेभिरा स नो यजिष्ठो बर्हिरा सदत् ॥
Transliteration
prá vo devā́yāgnáye bárhiṣṭham arcā́smai | gámad devébhir ā́ sá no yájiṣṭho bárhir ā́ sadat ||
Translation
ಹೇ ಜನರೇ, ದಿವ್ಯ ಅಗ್ನಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸ್ತುತಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿರಿಸಿ; ಅವನಿಗಾಗಿ ಹಾಡಿರಿ. ಯಜ್ಞದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನಾದ ಅವನು ದೇವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದು, ನಮ್ಮೊಳಗಿನ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಬರ್ಹಿಷ್—ವಿಸ್ತೃತ ಆಸನ—ಮೇಲೆ ಆಸೀನನಾಗಲಿ.
