विश्वस्य राजा पवते स्वर्दृश ऋतस्य धीतिमृषिषाळवीवशत् । यः सूर्यस्यासिरेण मृज्यते पिता मतीनामसमष्टकाव्यः ॥

Transliteration

víśvasya rājā pavate svàr-dṛśaḥ ṛtásya dhītím ṛṣiṣā́ḷ avīvaśat | yáḥ sū́ryasyā́sireṇa mṛ́jyate pitā́ matīnā́m ásamaṣṭa-kāvyaḥ ||

Translation

万流の王は浄められつつ流れ、光輝の世界を見渡す。彼はリタ（ṛta）の霊感の思惟を呼び覚まし、偽りの予見を砕く者。太陽の鋭い刃によって清められるその者は、霊感の思惟の父となり、比類なき総合の詩人となる。
