सूर्यस्येव रश्मयो द्रावयित्नवो मत्सरासः प्रसुपः साकमीरते । तन्तुं ततं परि सर्गास आशवो नेन्द्रादृते पवते धाम किं चन ॥

sū́ryasya-iva raśmáyo drāvayitnávō matsarā́saḥ pra-súpaḥ sākám īrate | tántuṃ tatáṃ pári sárgās āśávo néndrād ṛté pavate dhā́ma kíṃ cana ||

太陽の光条のように、疾く駆り立てられ、熱望に満ちた歓喜の流れは、ともに集い進む。張り渡された糸のまわりを、速き奔流がめぐり走る。インドラ(Indra)を離れては、彼はどの住処(領域)をも清めはしない。
