Transliteration
āmā́su pakvám airaya ā́ sū́ryaṃ rohayo diví | gharmáṃ ná sā́man tapata suvṛ́ktibhir júṣṭaṃ gírvāṇase bṛhát ||
Translation
汝は生のうちより熟した力を呼び起こし、太陽を天に昇らせる。天において、熱（gharma）が讃歌（sāman）となって燃え立つように、広大なるものを灼き輝かせる——よく整えられた我らの讃詞に迎えられ、歌を受ける者（Gīrvaṇas）のために。
