आदित्प्रत्नस्य रेतसो ज्योतिष्पश्यन्ति वासरम् । परो यदिध्यते दिवा ॥

ā́dit pratnásya rétaso jyótiṣ paśyanti vāsarám | paró yád idhyáte divā́ ||

そのとき彼らは、古き種子(retas)の光によって昼(vasar)を見いだす――それが天において彼方に燃え立つとき。
