अपाम सोमममृता अभूमागन्म ज्योतिरविदाम देवान् । किं नूनमस्मान्कृणवदरातिः किमु धूर्तिरमृत मर्त्यस्य ॥
Transliteration
ápāma sómam amṛ́tā abhūmā́ganma jyótir ávidāma devā́n | kíṃ nūnám asmā́n kṛṇavad arā́tiḥ kím u dhūrtír amṛta mártyasya ||
Translation
われらはソーマ（Soma）を飲み、不死となった。われらは光明へと赴き、神々を見いだした。いま敵意はわれらに何をなし得ようか。不死なる者よ、欺く者の策は、この境地に入った死すべき者に何をなし得ようか。
