युवामिद्युत्सु पृतनासु वह्नयो युवां क्षेमस्य प्रसवे मितज्ञवः । ईशाना वस्व उभयस्य कारव इन्द्रावरुणा सुहवा हवामहे ॥
Transliteration
yuvā́m íd yútsu pṛ́tanāsu váhnayo yuvā́ṃ kṣémasya prasavé mitájñavaḥ | īśānā́ vásva ubháyasya kā́rava índrāvaruṇā suhávā havāmahe ||
Translation
戦いと衝突のただ中で、火を運ぶ者たちは汝ら二柱を呼ぶ。安寧の生起において、度を知る者たちは汝ら二柱を祈り求める。両種の富を司る主よ、歌う者らは汝らを呼ぶ—インドラとヴァルナよ、呼びやすき御方よ—われらは汝らを招き奉る。
