प्रोरोर्मित्रावरुणा पृथिव्याः प्र दिव ऋष्वाद्बृहतः सुदानू । स्पशो दधाथे ओषधीषु विक्ष्वृधग्यतो अनिमिषं रक्षमाणा ॥
Transliteration
próroḥ mitrāvaruṇā pṛthivyā́ḥ prá divá ṛṣvā́d bṛhatáḥ sudānū | spáśo dadhāthe óṣadhīṣu víkṣv ṛ́dhag yató ánimiṣaṃ rákṣamāṇā ||
Translation
広き大地より、また高く大いなる天より——豊かに施すミトラとヴァルナよ——あなたがたは見張り（spáśa）を薬草の中に、また人々の中に据え、位を分かちて置く。まばたきせぬ警戒をもって守護しつつ。
