प्र वो महे महिवृधे भरध्वं प्रचेतसे प्र सुमतिं कृणुध्वम् । विशः पूर्वीः प्र चरा चर्षणिप्राः ॥

prá vo mahé mahivṛ́dhe bharadhvaṃ prácetase prá sumatíṃ kṛṇudhvam | víśaḥ pūrvī́ḥ prá carā carṣaṇiprā́ḥ ||

汝らは供物を前へ捧げよ、偉大なる者へ、偉大さを増し広げる者へ。明見の者のために善き思いを形づくり、前へと進めよ。古き諸民よ、前へ進め——人類を導く力に満ちた者たちよ。
